The feclearexcept () function
shall attempt to clear the supported floating-point exceptions represented
by excepts.
RETURN VALUE
If the argument is zero or if all the specified exceptions were
successfully cleared, feclearexcept () shall return
zero. Otherwise, it shall return a non-zero value.
