iconv_closecodeset conversion deallocation function

int iconv_close(iconv_t cd);

The iconv_close () function shall deallocate the conversion descriptor and all other associated resources allocated by iconv_open(3).

If a file descriptor is used to implement the type , that file descriptor shall be closed.

Upon successful completion, 0 shall be returned; otherwise, -1 shall be returned and set to indicate the error.

The iconv_close () function may fail if:

The conversion descriptor is invalid.
