DESCRIPTION

[CX] The thrd_yield ()
function shall force the running thread to relinquish the processor until it
again becomes the head of its thread list.
RETURN VALUE
This function shall not return a value.

RATIONALE
The thrd_yield () function is identical to
the sched_yield(3) function except that it does not return
a value.
